Graduates of the Bachelor of Biomedicine are trained in basic knowledge of the structure and function of living organisms with particular focus on the human. Using this knowledge, together with problem solving skills, critical reasoning and scientific methods taught in the program, the graduate is well prepared to collaborate on scientific investigations of human structure and function in health and disease at a molecular, cellular and whole systems level.The Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree meets the academic requirements needed to gain admission to the practice of law in New South Wales. As well as providing the academic basis for admission to legal practice, law is now regarded as a useful general education, fostering understanding of how society functions, and developing skills of analytical and logical reasoning. During the first three years, combined degree students enrol in the courses offered by the School of Law and Justice as part of the Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LLB (Hons)), as well as courses within other Schools to complete their degree taken in combination with the LLB(Hons). During the final two years they enrol in LAWS courses only.
